SECTION 1 – OVERVIEW

Welcome to Aromaform. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aromaform. By accessing or using any part of our store, services, website, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including all additional policies referenced herein. SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until you receive a confirmation email.

You are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.

All purchases are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Orders found to be for resale or export may be canceled.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order, plus applicable taxes, duties, shipping, or handling fees.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer domestic and limited international shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

All risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned packages due to incorrect or refused delivery may incur additional reshipping charges.

SECTION 6 – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than a verified shipping error or product damage.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at support@aromaform.com. You must include:

Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Photographs of the item and packaging

Requests received after 5 days or without the required documentation will not be reviewed.

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our sole discretion. Refunds, if granted, will be made to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all purchases made through Aromaform.com and supersedes any verbal or implied assurances.

SECTION 7 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display product information as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or visuals are error-free or will meet your expectations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
