All purchases made through this website are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than verified damage or fulfillment error.
2. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please verify all details before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be reviewed.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on any of the following:

Unauthorized returns
Items returned without prior written authorization will not be refunded or returned to sender.
5. Shipping Costs
All shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is authorized due to our error or a verified defect, we will provide instructions and shipping coverage for the return. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
6. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
